When you are buying or selling a home, the ultimate vision you have in mind when you first get started is one of serenity and happiness. It is a vision of a perfect dream, of that one special house on a cul-de-sac with a park-like backyard; or it is that ideal in-town property that puts you in the center of all the action; or it is that wooded acreage just far enough outside of the city where you can escape to when you build your new home.
